Analyst Gartner suggests CIOs must conquer the key source of executive and company failure: managing strategic change. Gartner says CIOs must do more to ensure that IT plays a role in business transformation in an environment where 70% of CEOs believe business change and entrepreneurialism will increase during the next five years.
